Alan Gentry, Jeff Tucker, Kelvin Yao and Annika McCrea Present:Using Experiential Learning to Create Powerful Business Results
Experiential learning, where hands-on experiences allow learners to discover the power of strategies by actually applying them, is ideally suited to the complex, fast-paced life science industry. During this workshop, you’ll learn about business results achieved by implementing experiential learning and getting hands-on experience with three solutions. Mind of the Customer provides companies with a process for gaining insights into what customers truly value. During the Hospital Simulation participants run a hospital and “walk a mile in the shoes” of hospital decision-makers, helping them make better decisions and create value for this critical customer. And the Pharmaceutical Business Acumen Simulations help participants at all levels of the organization deepen their knowledge of how a pharmaceutical company works and makes money. Participants increase their strategic thinking and business acumen by experiencing business flow, functional interrelationships, and how making a decision in one area has a ripple effect across the entire business—which eventually impacts the bottom line.
