Mike Capaldi Presents:Enhance the Learning by Making it More Social

Enterprise 2.0 is a reality and it has made its way to the learning function as well. The culture and technology that has enabled us to connect immediately around the world is also providing exciting opportunities for education. That’s because the way we work should apply to the way we learn and vice versa. In this workshop we will explore the social learning movement and the promise that it holds. We will also assess your readiness to catch the wave of social learning and how you can begin building the business case for implementing social learning practices. Finally, you’ll hear best practices from others and begin to devise an action plan for social learning implementation within your own company.
