John Talanca

John Talanca is currently vice president, sales learning and performance at Automatic Data Processing (ADP) where he leads a learning team that supports 10 national and international sales organizations generating more than $1 billion of new sales annually. His primary responsibilities focus on setting learning strategy and delivering operational excellence as a centralized learning function. Previously, John worked in marketing and sales learning at MetLife, Novartis, and Tramedia Learning, where he served as president.
